I highly recommend fixing your banking app instead of logging people out all the time. And having to create a new password all the time worst banking app ever highly do not recommend using US Bank. If you need the app.
2nd time having teller Nathan who had screwed up a deposit made in cash to my account. First time it was deposited to someone else. This time it’s not showing up at all. Had to argue w customer service for an hour.
I didn't know I can do this but Isaac that works there help me get information on my cashier's checks that my landlord has said I haven't paid her but I did Isaac there covered me pretty good with getting me the information that I needed.
Came into this branch today because the first branch we went to refused to help us. Then walked into this branch and was told they didn't have time for us and we could come back tomorrow. We live 40 mins away we said, they said well sorry we can't help you. What is wrong with these local branches!!! Extremely disappointed!
