I didn't know I can do this but Isaac that works there help me get information on my cashier's checks that my landlord has said I haven't paid her but I did Isaac there covered me pretty good with getting me the information that I needed.
Came into this branch today because the first branch we went to refused to help us. Then walked into this branch and was told they didn't have time for us and we could come back tomorrow. We live 40 mins away we said, they said well sorry we can't help you. What is wrong with these local branches!!! Extremely disappointed!
We have had the most pleasant experiences at US Bank. The tellers are always courteous and helpful, even though this is obviously the busiest US Bank in town. We needed helped understanding our credit cards and recently spoke with a banker who travels the state for the bank. He helped us identify which cards we needed to keep and which to remove. Very helpful! Our thanks to US Bank!
It is so unfortunate that a couple of the tellers (I think they only have two,(PART OF THE PROBLEM)) there are so nice, but... this branch has to be the most inefficient lobby and drive-thru I've ever come across. And of course, their excuse is that they are short-staffed. Well then, hire more tellers and be more concerned about customer service than margins.
This branch of US Bank is full of people that are great to work with. Everything was explained to us about our new accounts and it's so nice to be able to do our banking online since the representative explained everything to us. Thanks US Bank!
