I have been using this branch since 2016. It has the most convenient hours of all the branches. I appreciate the ATM withdrawal and deposit feature when they are closed. I have always been happy with the staff. Kind and friendly. As well as efficient. Only a couple time did I have to wait in line. And usually it's not too bad. Now I live on the South side of Bend and the location at Albertsons was recently closed. :(. I wish the ATM was still there at the Very least. Oh well, I still work next to the HWY 20 location. So convenient on the weekends when shopping at Safeway
The branch in the middle of town by taco bell could not be bothered to help my 3 daughters open accounts. They had 1 customer in the whole branch and wanted us to make appts and come back. Michael Herzog at this branch (Safeway Hwy 20) was happy to help us and gave GREAT customer service!! Thank you so much!!
