I wouldnt even give them one star if I had the option. A blonde in a pink shirt answered the window today and was rude from the moment she began speaking to me. If you hate your job that much, go home instead of making other people miserable around you.
The branch manager at this location cares about her customers. I have banked here for many years without a problem.
My husband and I called their customer service number today. We were transferred 5 times and everyone kept saying we had the wrong department. Then on the final time a man gave us a different number to call but said they were closed. By the off chance that’s the right number to call we would have had time to call had they gave us the right number in the first place
