Went to cash a check only to be told I only had a profile of me but more account..I shared 1 with my Mom,I hadn't closed it and My Mom didn't either?Turns out someone I was told close to me had closed it,Even though they're Not on that account !!? Since I kept asking how they hadn't protected me from this.? Today I logged in and my checking account was titled "Smartly Checking." That sounds really professional. I want those people managing my money - NOT! They try to lure you in with their massive .25% interest on a savings account of $5000 or more. They must think we are dumbly!
