This is the best branch of US Bank in my opinion. The branch manager and all of the employees are awesome to work with. I feel like they bend over backwards to make sure you're taken care of. Special shout out to Brandi for helping me out

Absolutely the worst run, least staffed and worthless banking institution I’ve ever seen in my life. I stood in line behind one person for 25 minutes and still have not getting up to make a simple withdrawal. A customer in front of me and behind me left, they were so upset at waiting for so long. I watched the teller making the customer at the desk money orders or cashier checks, then the teller did a withdrawal, then the teller changed out big bills for little bills, then the teller was upselling getting a US Bank credit ca... read more

Since the US Bank closed it's main bank on Beltline Rd. The small bank inside Schnucks is busy at times but the staff does a great job. Please be patient with the tellers it's not their fault that the US Bank has a small staff at this location.
