Absolute worst service! We paid off a loan last week, was told we would have the title a week later which was untrue. We are now being told it will be up to 4 weeks before we will have title in hand. They are also refusing to sign that the loan is part off. We are now left waiting while they have our money and are doing nothing for us. Javier was less than helpful, smirky and didn’t bother to off an apology for their company process. Last time we do business with US Bank. Zero stars.
Okay I'm not going to lie, US. Bank is definitely not my favorite place to handle my money and I definitely don't recommend baking there. But since it's convenient and I've been a customer forever, I will let you know. This branch has seemed very, very helpful. Everyone who works here is very helpful and seems to be able to fix every problem I have
