The staff is extremely rude and not helpful at all they make it very known that that are unhappy doing their jobs I was also hit with fraud and never received a resolution or my money/fees back! They keep assuring me they were working on it and I would receive it back well after a month of dealing with it I chose to close out my account.
This is the worst branch I have ever been to.
