Not only did they take away tellers but they don't answer the phone. Always trying to send you online or to some other automated baloney. Do better, I've been with US bank for 30 plus years and have multiple accounts but that may be coming to an end because this isn't service.
The mobile desposits are the worst
No Branch tellers at this location. Just private bankers who don't even offer to stand up, walk over and explain the situation. They just sit at their desk and look at you. Exceptionally poor customer service.
Nice people but SO SLOOOOW. I've been a US Bank customer for ~10 years and been visiting this branch just as long. Sometime in the last year they removed the teller stations and now you get help from a person at a desk when you go in. I've been in ~5 times since the teller stations were removed and the people are always friendly but the service is terribly slow.
