rates number one I highly recommended for anyone to bank at, because they give good customer service, they also good for business banking. what other bank can you say that about.
Wow, I get great service I was surprised to read the other review. Every time I go to the bank, the tellers are very friendly and helpful. If they see many people in line, everyone will pitch in to so you don't have to wait very long. The feel is like a small town bank, I don't go often but when I do they seem to recognize me. I bank at other banks too - Washington Mutual - and they have NO customer service. I would switch all my business to US bank but unfortunately I have a loan with WaMu.
Don't Do it I would not recommend this bank to anyone. They were constantly allowing charges that were either obvious mistakes debit my account. When I called Customer Service with a problem or issue they blamed the customer. I was always worried about my money. It was a very bad experience.
Poor customer service Never trust that the tellers at this branch know what they're doing. Double-check, triple-check that the transactions are done the way you want them done. I withdrew $300 and cashed a $100 check so I took off with $400. When my statement came, it shows that all $400 came from my account. Where did the $100 check go?!?! They claim they gave me $500 when I only got $400 and they can't show me the video from the security camera that will tell how much money was actually handed to me. warning - do not ever take consume a loan from US Bank I paid off my car 85 days ago and they still have not sent me the title. I call every month and each cust serv rep tells me a different story regarding when they sent the title. That means one thing - lies. I'm sure US Bank would be unhappy if we all made our loan payments 85 days late. I paid the car off 3.8 years early - and I assume they sold the loan and titles to another company which is why they can't find the title. I don not recommend this bank.
not happy with service I didn't choose US Bank, they bought out the bank that had bought out the original bank I DID choose, Roosevelt Bank. Service has gone downhill steadily, but today was the end - I'm changing banks as soon as I can find a decent one. They refused to accept a deposit! I have had a business account with this outfit for over 20 years, but they now say there is no business name on the account. Ehh... all the same, really, nowdays.... I've been with U.S. Bank since they came to town and bought out Firstar, who bought out Mercantile, who bought out Roosevelt Savings, who I switched to to avoid Mercantile in the first place, after they bought out United Postal Savings (my initial bank!).
so so service I have a personal account with US Bank that I just opened. So far I am not impressed with the service but at the same time I am not dissatisfied. My experiences with this bank are so so. When I call their customer service line sometimes I get people who are very friendly and know exactly what they are doing. However, sometimes I get people who are still friendly but dont know so much. I think that US Bank is growing so fast it will take a while for their employees to catch up.
