Do not use the ATM Yesterday I went to wells Fargo took out $6000 Then came to us bank to deposit $6000 into the atm for my girlfriends business account And the machine took my money. Gave me an error message. Kept my whole $6000. And it claimed I attempted to deposit $5900 it Did not deposit the money into her account. I enjoyed excellent attention and courtesy throughout my first two visits at the Friendly Valley Branch. Thankfully, it mirrors the experience I have had involving my long time home branch in Porterville, formerly a Union Bank, the Elsinore branch, and now Friendly Valley. It has been a pleasure performing banking matters in U S Banks.
New staff not helpful and not welcoming.
They changed their entire staff, new staff is not welcoming nor helpful.
I’m not usually the kind of person to review a bank branch, but I had a genuinely great experience here. Jose was amazing—he went above and beyond to help me get a better interest rate on my savings account. He was incredibly friendly and even coordinated with his coworkers to finish my other banking needs while the new account was being opened, so the process didn’t take any extra time. I was really impressed. Thank you, Jose!
