I had the worst customer experience today. Be careful with the tellers in this branch. They are thieves dishonest human beings. I went to the branch to make a withdraw. After the teller Duncan withdrew my money from my checking account for whatever reason he refused to hand over my money. I tried talking to the personal banker in the back but she didn’t even give me time and day. The police had to get involved to reverse the transaction to put my money back in my account
Had a very bad experience with manager there.
Very dissatisfied with us mank Minnetonka. Not at all helpful in doing a wire of funds. Didn’t seem to know what they were doing and even though I had funds in my account they put a hold on the transfer for 24 hours. I will never set foot in that branch again.
I frequent this location and the staff is always super speedy and friendly.
