Excellent service and great personality!
The US Bank branch in Berea Ohio is always a welcoming environment. The team members that works at the counter are always extra friendly, super nice, and willing to help with any issues. I wish all customer service people were as kind and friendly as US Bank employees are.
My experience with US Bank has been horrible. I went into this location months ago to fund my business account to which they were very rude and unhelpful. Only offered me cash to fund the account with and when I asked about a minimum was told there was none. Well today I get a check for that account that it was closed due to the minimum not being met.
