My experience with US Bank has been horrible. I went into this location months ago to fund my business account to which they were very rude and unhelpful. Only offered me cash to fund the account with and when I asked about a minimum was told there was none. Well today I get a check for that account that it was closed due to the minimum not being met. Wonderful staff. Always engaging, friendly, professional, and attentive to the needs of the customer. Highly recommended
I can not speak on how they are as personal bankers, but they are very resistant to businesses. The several people I spoke with were very unprofessional and rude. If you have questions about opening a business bank account, expect to be placed on hold and to get no help.
