Please update your hours online. I drove from Horn Rapids on a Saturday, because I thought you were open, only for it to be closed when I arrived.
The follow up is not great. They have a gal working there that really needs to communicate more effectively, she told us on thing in office a few days later something else and at the end of it all stated there would be a follow up and no actual follow up happened, not a great response for a bank to have. A financial institution should be more protective and professional. Communication is poor.
Terrible customer service! Called them at 12:06pm keep in mind that this location closes at 1pm. This lady picks up the phone and asks me to hold. Waited for 53 min of my time that I will never get back. I highly doubt that they were that busy that they would have me on hold for that long and if that was the case why didn’t they just ignore my call. I don’t know how these people still have jobs I should have read the other 1 star reviews on here and taken it as a red flag. If i could i would leave a zero star review. Thanks ... read more
