Isaiah G. Was the bank employee who assisted me. He was able to quickly resolve a withdrawal issue I was having and promptly got me my requested funds. He showed good manners and respect while handling my issue. Ty again sir. That car down payment was dropped off same day.
So disappointed in this bank at this location my husband died 5 months ago and I had to get a lawyer that cost $5,000 I had all the paperwork I've given it to them so many times they made copies and this was the only time I didn't bring my paperwork because I figured they had my information very unprofessional at this location. I mean how many times do they have to make copies that I am the executive of the estate. So I wasn't able to pay my mortgage at this location.
Since 2016, they have been "MY Bank" !! 🇺🇸❤️!! Excellent Service all around! I always recommend them to everyone, and relate my personal experience with U S Bank!! ❤️
