Honestly, probably the worst US bank to go to. I do business banking and they always make it seem like they’re doing a huge favor to be a customer here. They’re perpetually understaffed. And when they do help you, they’re always out of change needed to operate my business. Whenever I go to other branches, it’s always 5-Star service. This one needs a serious rehaul in staff and/or management.
AVOID the US BANK in BUENA PARK, CA at all cost !!!Very BAD customer service. They deserve 0 star. Today is October 20, I made an appointment for 3pm but got not 1, not 2 but 3 text messages for 2pm, I tried to call the Buena Park branch to ask for clarification but of course there is no one to answer the phone, no one to clarify the issue. I had an appointment scheduled at 9am. The consultant that would be with us never showed up. The bankers who were there said that he would show up at 11am?!? They then said to wait in the lobby so someone else would help us, but it has already been past 25 minutes and I had to go. This is the most unprofessional experience I've ever had at a bank. Waste of my time and never dealing with these people again
This branch allowed someone to walk into it and impersonate me and remove money from my accounts without verification. After learning of the fraud and many attempts to contact the Buena Park branch, the branch will not answer the phone. My branch in Cheyenne Wyoming (Not Buena Park Branch) and Isaac Curtiss has been extremely helpful with this situation and trying to get my accounts straightened out!
Employees here were always friendly, helpful and helpful.
