This bank is now closed and no longer operating in Price Chopper.
It is a big lie that it is open on Saturday and Sunday, I urgently needed to cash a check on Saturday and it was closed.
I’ve been banking with U.S. Bank since I was allowed to have a bank account. I also have been coming to this branch for about eight years. The reason I am giving them two stars is if this review is based on Nicole and Andrea’s customer service they deserve four or five stars. My husband has been coming here since he was a teenager. It use to be a great bank, and super friendly. New management disregards customers needs and concerns, blatantly ignores people when they walk up, and is completely unhelpful. They could really use a lesson in compassion and general manners. Would highly suggest going to another location!
