It is a big lie that it is open on Saturday and Sunday, I urgently needed to cash a check on Saturday and it was closed.

I’ve been banking with U.S. Bank since I was allowed to have a bank account. I also have been coming to this branch for about eight years. The reason I am giving them two stars is if this review is based on Nicole and Andrea’s customer service they deserve four or five stars. Although this is a grocery store location it has a small bank feel. I don’t know how long she’s been there but they have a bank manager who I do not know by name. My husband has been coming here since he was a teenager. It use to be a great bank, and super friendly. New management disregards customers needs and concerns, blatantly ignores people when they walk up, and is completely unhelpful. They could really use a lesson in compassion and general manners. Would highly suggest going to another location!
