Friendly and fast service!
DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH!!! I went in to dispute a fraud transaction and get a new debit card ordered. I never got my new debit card or an email saying it was shipped. The lady who assisted me put in all my correct information and mailing address but still nothing. It’s been weeks and I have no card. I’ve never had any issues with US bank until this.
Little bit of a slow wait. Otherwise, this location was clean, and the employees were ok and a little friendly.
Waiting in the drive through for 20mins. A guy comes to the window just to tell me I have to wait because they have a lobby full right now. So unprofessional
