Extremely long wait times in lines that are not all that long. Only 1 - 2 customers in front of me, on several different occasions, but the tellers seem to take their sweet time, making small talk with customers that they appear to know, when they can clearly see (& apparently don’t care) that there are other people in line patiently waiting to get their banking taken care of. Very frustrating.
My 93 year-old mother was taken advantage On a CD as she had to terminate early Due to an emergency to help Grand Daughter . She had no issues of not gaining any interest and a small prepayment penalty at the most. But was charge $2300 YEP $2300 as smiling face man in the pic admitted that he didn’t share that information, but only said it was in the paperwork and you signed it. Tough. We have banked many years at the USBank branches in the Safeway's in Brentwood. Always top-notch staff & service with easy access and extended hours. We are also delighted with the rewards system on our USBank credit cards. I have observed other customers with messy financial problems being served professionally. We tend to be pretty organized so this makes our working relationship much easier and pleasant, I'm sure.
This bank is extremely difficult to work with and made terrible account setup errors creating the inability to provide year-end tax forms and caused 30% of the account earnings to be withheld by the IRS. Andrea claims to be the manager at this location, but has been the source of the account errors and doesn't have the ability to correct her errors.
