I applied for a personal loan after receiving what was presented as a “pre-selected” offer. Based on that, I expected a straightforward process. Instead, I was asked to provide an excessive amount of documentation, including multiple pay stubs, W-2s, and even tax returns from prior years. This level of scrutiny is unreasonable for a relatively small, high-interest personal loan. Incident Report – ATM Withdrawal Dispute at US Bank, 2nd Street, Brentwood On August 1st, 2025, my husband attempted to withdraw $1,500.00 from the US Bank ATM located on 2nd Street in Brentwood, CA. The ATM experienced a malfunction and no cash was dispensed, but a receipt was printed showing that the full $1,500 withdrawal had occurred.
