I applied for a personal loan after receiving what was presented as a “pre-selected” offer. Based on that, I expected a straightforward process. Instead, I was asked to provide an excessive amount of documentation, including multiple pay stubs, W-2s, and even tax returns from prior years. Incident Report – ATM Withdrawal Dispute at US Bank, 2nd Street, Brentwood On August 1st, 2025, my husband attempted to withdraw $1,500.00 from the US Bank ATM located on 2nd Street in Brentwood, CA. The ATM experienced a malfunction and no cash was dispensed, but a receipt was printed showing that the full $1,500 withdrawal had occurred. Extremely long wait times in lines that are not all that long. Only 1 - 2 customers in front of me, on several different occasions, but the tellers seem to take their sweet time, making small talk with customers that they appear to know, when they can clearly see (& apparently don’t care) that there are other people in line patiently waiting to get their banking taken care of. Very frustrating.
