ATM had no cash on a Saturday morning. I had to go to a competing bank since there are very few US Banks in the area and was charged a fee.
Incompetent Lazy Customer Service My company financed a vehicle through US Bank and has been paid off for nearly a year with no pink slip received. The vehicle is registered dually under my company and my fathers name. My father is 80 years old with dementia and has moved to Texas. We visited the branch together in person after countless runaround phone calls to corporate that would forward you to another department and accomplish nothing. This branch, and US Bank in general, have fallen a long way from what they were several years ago. Can't handle the simple stuff, weird attitude from the staff, and with the lockdown they completely fell apart. Finally got fed up, closed all my personal and business accounts, and they couldn't have cared less. There's so many better options these days.
