Their piece of garbage ATM doesn't accept hundred dollar bills with absolutely no reason given. You'd think they would accept the larger bills since those would be more important for people to deposit. It's a useless chunk of scrap metal at this point, which isn't a surprise given the useless branch that it's attached to. Go figure!
clueless employees all around, told me i just had to call when in reality they needed to do something that couldn’t be done on the phone BS company
Discriminatory practices. I went in to this branch Saturday to deposit a life insurance check which was hard enough, but was turned away stating I need to call the insurance company because they check wasn't in their sure check system. I left the bank crying and went home. My husband insisted we try the other branch on 119th and the check was deposited without a problem and also a sincere apology for the other branches actions.
