They have incorrectly applied a mortgage payment multiple times. Customer service is never any help and tells you that you just visit the branch. Branch is only open 9-5. This is absolutely terrible service!

They are always very helpful and polite. Quick service as well.
Got the run a round telling us what we need to do versus what we repeatedly said we wanted to do. If not a long time customer, we would have walked out. This employee needs training
