Called this branch’s local phone number 4 times back to back at 11:30AM on a Thursday. After going through the automated call service and requesting to speak with a banker nobody picked up all 6 times. Terrible way for a bank to operate. Awesome service
They put a 10 day hold on a $3900 check that I deposited online from progressive for a settlement and not one person from this branch would release the hold even if I brought the check in myself. They wouldn’t cancel it or do anything to lift the hold. Absolute theft! Will never bank with them again! *Nice to hear from you branch manager. Where were you when I called three different times the day of the deposit? Not one person can answer the phone in your bank? Not even an option to leave a voicemail.
