Hate hate hate this bank they will put all odds against you.
PLEASE re open this branch. Prior to COVID we frequented this branch all the time. There is no reason it has not been opened yet. Would have been a good time to put up bullet proof glass and double that as a COVID shield.
I’ve always had a positive experience with this location, and I’ve been using it for the past two or three years. While I’m sure the other reviewers have valid concerns, I have always been met with competence and professionalism.
This review is for the branch inside the Tempe Safeway store. Unprofessional and inexperienced team. Team leader Kindfather was MIA during customer service training. I asked him "how long it's going to be before I can come and get my money?" He took my acct. number and said, "Just come back tomorrow and everything should be ok." I came back two days later and nothing was done to rectify the situation. This kept going on for two more weeks! Terrible.
