I often find myself wishing I just used the atm vs going to the teller. Slow service 10/10 times you come. I’m literally writing this while some old lady taking over 10 minutes to cash a check. Like cmon, there’s no one in here so what’s the holdup. I’ve tried closing my account but had to sit in the lobby for a couple hours with no help. So looks like I’m stuck with you and your stuck with a bad review
Excellent location. Used this location for all banking needs that can not be done online, deposits, cashier checks, withdrawals… lobby and drive thru.
Worst bank I have ever been to and the people are rude af. I went in to open a bank account and they refused me since I have no interest in using it as my main bank account. Wells Fargo was a better choice (:
Jerry is a gem. The whole team is very personable and knowledgeable.
I have banked with this Branch for nearly a decade and in the past few years customer service has declined to the point that I have considered dumping US bank all together. When I go to the main branch I am reminded why I chose US bank to begin with. It is a shame the downtown branch seems to have lost all the staff that care about their customers.
