I called this branch’s local phone number 3 times back to back at 11:30AM on a Thursday after not being able to get through to the other branch in town. After going through the automated call service and requesting to speak with a banker nobody picked up all 3 times. Very disappointed in the customer service of both local branches. Probably going to withdraw funds and change banks.
What a joke! Can’t cash a check written at their bank without an account. The check is from the state of Montana not a personal check
I often find myself wishing I just used the atm vs going to the teller. Slow service 10/10 times you come. I’m literally writing this while some old lady taking over 10 minutes to cash a check. Like cmon, there’s no one in here so what’s the holdup. I’ve tried closing my account but had to sit in the lobby for a couple hours with no help. So looks like I’m stuck with you and your stuck with a bad review
