This bank was a horrible branch. We had a check that was drawn off U.S. bank but we are not account holders at a U.S. Bank, we went to this bank at 4:45 on a Friday and the lobby was closed. The drive thru was open and we asked to cash the check. The teller a young woman named Kelly said that if we did not have an account that we needed to cash it during lobby hours. My husband asked if their downtown location was open or another branch near by. She told us to go to a Wal-Mart! Honestly I was appalled by her suggestion and g... read more
I love the people at the Russell St Branch. They are amazing hard working people. I am very sad this branch is closing and will miss the amazing customers and the fantastic people I work with.
