Sad it is closing. Great service and never wait long.
Love this branch, always attentive and going the extra mile to answer my questions and keep me happy, weekend hours are great since I work all week regular hours. Never have to wait a long time and the staff is always courteous. Will definitely continue using USBank and visiting this branch
Poor customer service
Such very slowww service. I waited about 10 min and just gave up. Went shopping and checked later and they still had a line. I love US Bank's web site and do most of my banking electronically, but getting a paper check into a US Bank account is very difficult. I'll deposit the money into an account at a different bank.
Went to open an account after trying for a week because I love right by the bank. Went in today and crystal stated she had 2 people that I could leave and go to another branch ... I had replied that I could shop and come back and she repeated I could go to another branch ... thank you crystal. . Because I will never go to a bank with poor customer service. Will definitely bank else where I'd rather drive than deal with attitude .. your job is to open accounts. If you don't like to then find another job. .
