This location is closed “due to the COVID-19 outbreak” don’t waste your time driving over there. This bank does not deserve anyones business...... not even enough respect to update which branches are closed.
I have never in my life been as disrespected by a place a business like i was today in dealing with the branch manager himself at the branch inside safeway on estrella parkway in goodyear. I made a deposit over the weekend and because of the amount it has to be held for 7 days. The teller at this location Rebecca Jaquez gives me a notice of hold letter informing me that a portion will be released on a certain date which i call to verify because it of course was not released on that date. Completely incompetent. I have NEVER had an issue with US bank, which is why I've been with them for so long. After today and my awful experience at this branch, I'm definitely switching banks because this is the closest to me, and I don't want to deal with them ever again. Absolutely disappointed.
Good service and attitude. Go in, do what you came for and no stupid questions like, where do you work, where did you work, what are you doing with the money you are withdrawing? Sarival and Yuma branch needs to come here and take lessons.
