Absolutely the best friendly people ever. Always smiling and always helpful. Although USBank is very large, this branch feels like home town.
Branch manager Richard frank threaten to call the police on me for speaking through loud over a missing document this man has issues he is not fit to run a McDonald not alone a bank if I had the time I would have a lawsuit against them for defamation of character Bank elsewhere
Please get a new ATM and a money counter. I was scolded by a employee because I had too much cash for them to count. And the ATM is jammed and never works properly. I’m thinking of changing banks.
