Terrible operating hours, opens at 11am. Closed multiple branches in east county then shortened hours on one left open. In Discovery Bay, have to pass two closed branches into Brentwood before arriving at the 3rd for service. Due to this, lines at bank often extended beyond 15 min wait. Staff is polite, availability is terrible.
World class service! From the Branch Manager all the way down, top notch!
They have the nicest people and USBank doesn't charge a lot of unfair fees.
