Fantastic service. I wish I remembered her name but a very kind woman helped me out of a tight spot by exploring options I didn't know I had. Thank you teller-on-the-far-right for going above and beyond even when I was uptight in the beginning.
Branch on bell rd in Surprise AZ. Suzanne ( branch manager )yelled at one of the customers that was in the lobby and was very unprofessional. I found out from one of the tellers that Suzanne is the branch manager and that is terrible .The customer was just asking a question in a calm tone and Suzanne yelled back ( extremely rude )when she responded.
20-year customer and I have never been treated so rudely by a bank. This staff insinuated that a check I was trying to deposit was fraudulent and they would not honor it. My banking will be going elsewhere.
I'm traveling across country and I lost my ATM so I stopped by to get a replacement card they were very helpful and it was very basic
Cece was amazing! Her customer service was amazing. She was so helpful throughout the process!
