The teller had zero customer service when I asked to open a basic checking account she made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Her attitude was negative as she said "wellll..its going to be a long wait" 🙄 I was like Ok..And ? I texted my friend in the lobby while waiting and she told me she switched from US bank because of the horrible customer service and policies. The tellers are reliably professional and efficient in the three years I've needed their help. I was there when a teller kindly helped an upset customer trying to withdraw $50,000 cash. The bank does its best to protect customers from scammers.
The bank representative was very professional and friendly. Attended to my needs very promptly. My visit was a great experience!
Fantastic service. I wish I remembered her name but a very kind woman helped me out of a tight spot by exploring options I didn't know I had. Thank you teller-on-the-far-right for going above and beyond even when I was uptight in the beginning.
Branch on bell rd in Surprise AZ. Suzanne ( branch manager )yelled at one of the customers that was in the lobby and was very unprofessional. I found out from one of the tellers that Suzanne is the branch manager and that is terrible .The customer was just asking a question in a calm tone and Suzanne yelled back ( extremely rude )when she responded.
