U.S. Bank is the absolute worst financial institution I've ever used. Not a single customer service representative or teller at their banks have a single clue what their doing and refuse to help with literally anything. Everyone just says call a different number and make it someone else's problem and they also won't do anything. But holding my money from me they have no problem doing while they refuse to figure their shit out. Now I was told to call back in 10 business days and try again -1,000,000/10. Do not recommend.
Someone wrote me a check that came from US Bank and they wouldn't cash it because they didnt know what to do with it. I stood there for the last fifteen minutes of them being open while they were in a chat trying to figure out how their own checking system worked. With two minutes left of them being open they tell me that they need the woman that wrote the check to be there. Of course there wasnt any time because they spent the last 15 minutes in a chat. What a waste if space this place is.
The staff at this branch is very helpful.
All the bad things are true. Slow and uniformed. Teller having issue cashing check and not understanding what the next step in the process is. Must have not been trained very well. Glad it's not my bank and I was just cashing a check but it took 10 kinda and I walked right up to the counter. That's crazy
