Have had nothing but issues since I signed up for us bank. First off took over a month to receive debit card. Then I actually missed a flight and have to leave out the next day because of their bullshit. Since I didn't receive debit card. I had the temporary one that they shut off after a certain amount of time. So when I had to get my Uber to the airport it kept denying my card but yet it worked fine the day before. This used to be a great location, but it’s turned into a complete disaster: long lines of customers due to inadequate staffing. You can literally wait in line for 30 minutes and management is oblivious that there is a problem. Total cluster…

The new atms SUCK. They NEVER WORK!!! And they’re so hard to get to because my driver window is broken. I’ve never wanted to switch banks more and I’ve been with US for 11 years. The chiefs bank cards are looking awful nice. Update: 1/4/24 NEW ATMS STILL SUCK!!! I just had to chase my $100 bill around the parking lot in 20* weather because the machine wouldn’t clamp down on it.
