One employee was rude and disrespectful. Ilse was nice but wasn't sure what she was doing. Asked another employee and that girl was disrespectful and rude.
Beware of any us bank. They will randomly close all your accounts and credit cards and completely mess up your credit. Then give no explanation why they did it except that they can end a relationship if they want to. I had over an 800 score before they screwed me.
Have had nothing but issues since I signed up for us bank. First off took over a month to receive debit card. Then I actually missed a flight and have to leave out the next day because of their bullshit. Since I didn't receive debit card. I had the temporary one that they shut off after a certain amount of time. So when I had to get my Uber to the airport it kept denying my card but yet it worked fine the day before. This used to be a great location, but it’s turned into a complete disaster: long lines of customers due to inadequate staffing. You can literally wait in line for 30 minutes and management is oblivious that there is a problem. Total cluster…
