Worst location by far. They were completely empty, not a customer in sight except one car in the drive thru, manager was sitting in her office and they can’t open a new account without an appointment. We were told to go to this location by Lee’s summit because they’re one of the slower locations. I have multiple commercial accounts and they’ve made their money off those, but I plan to take my business elsewhere. The new atms SUCK. They NEVER WORK!!! And they’re so hard to get to because my driver window is broken. I’ve never wanted to switch banks more and I’ve been with US for 11 years. The chiefs bank cards are looking awful nice. Update: 1/4/24 NEW ATMS STILL SUCK!!! I just had to chase my $100 bill around the parking lot in 20* weather because the machine wouldn’t clamp down on it. Was wanting in drive thru waited half hour came inside and have to wait more now my deposit will not be posted today which is bull that older lady in drive thru is the slowest I have ever dealt with
