Beware of any us bank. They will randomly close all your accounts and credit cards and completely mess up your credit. Then give no explanation why they did it except that they can end a relationship if they want to. I had over an 800 score before they screwed me.
Have had nothing but issues since I signed up for us bank. First off took over a month to receive debit card. Then I actually missed a flight and have to leave out the next day because of their bullshit. Since I didn't receive debit card. I had the temporary one that they shut off after a certain amount of time. So when I had to get my Uber to the airport it kept denying my card but yet it worked fine the day before. The new atms SUCK. They NEVER WORK!!! And they’re so hard to get to because my driver window is broken. I’ve never wanted to switch banks more and I’ve been with US for 11 years. The chiefs bank cards are looking awful nice. Update: 1/4/24 NEW ATMS STILL SUCK!!! I just had to chase my $100 bill around the parking lot in 20* weather because the machine wouldn’t clamp down on it.
