Staff are pleasant and helpful. They explain everything as they go. I really like them.

The staff was very friendly and efficient. They got me in and out quickly and steered me away from cashiers checks and saved me $18. Usually people review organizations when they are dissatisfied, and there is plenty to be dissatisfied with in most banks. I think it is important to equally highlight good experiences.

Horrible! Made an appointment online with Josh. We drive for 30 minutes to get here because they barely have any local branches to discuss a business account and he's not here. One banker at the whole branch and she's chatting it up about her personal issues. No point of setting up an appointment. Terrible customer service!!
