This is a great place to visit in person. The bankers/tellers are so helpful and nice. Carolina and Diane are so customer orientated. Thank you so much for caring for your customers. Its great to still have real in person customer service!
They are kind, helpful, respectful, and professional
This US Bank branch would be fine if I didn't have to drive over 20 minutes just to deposit or withdraw money. They closed the McHenry branch and didn't give their customers much of a choice. They didn't even leave the brand new ATM they just put up. I don't want to go through the hassle of changing accounts, but it looks like I might have to. Very upset over this.
Staff are pleasant and helpful. They explain everything as they go. I really like them.
