i have had a terrible experience not only with this branch but us bank in general. in all honesty, don’t even bother with us bank. in the 4 years i’ve been with them, i have had to deal with fraud on my accounts 9 TIMES. not once have i had this issue with onpoint… take your buisness elsewhere as this branch truly is not here to help, their employees always have a snarky attitude. their extremely unprofessional, from the people in this branch to the fraud protection team, and many more. i fully closed all of my accounts abou... read more
I’m disappointed with the misleading advice given by a banker at your Orenco Station branch. I was told that switching to a Smartly Saving account would earn a higher interest rate than Market Savings, but it was never mentioned that I would lose the interest from my closed Market Savings account. I trust my bank to provide clear and honest guidance—not just push accounts to meet sales goals. This lack of transparency is unacceptable.
