Since the lobby is closed ALL of the drive-thru lanes should be open and the tellers should be faster. I sat for 45+ minutes waiting to make a payment. It's not like the pandemic just started! it's October and we've been doing this for 7 months now! There is no reason for that long of a wait and only 3 lanes out of 5 open!!!
