Haley and the Toronto branch is the only one that I like
I have been doing personal and business banking with US Bank for some time now. Recently, I was the victim of (at least what seems to me) a very sophisticated social engineering online hack. My personal and business accounts were compromised. The only solution to this attack after 6+ hours on the phone with everyone I could speak with at US Bank, was to close all my accounts. Just a fantastic crew here at the Toronto Branch. Definitely worth the trip I made from home to stop in. Always a smile and warm welcome from the Bankers. I'd love to have a reason to visit everyday, Really really great. I'm not an easy to please customer either, believe me, when I say great, I mean it. Thanks Everybody!!!
