I wish Usbanks would not be closing down their branches. Great bank
Been banking with them for many years and they have been nothing but issues. The tellers and bankers there are mostly nice except for one lady. She is just flat rude. I have no idea how she got her job but after two encounters with her it has officially ended my relationship with this bank.
Forced to use U.S. Bank for a company card and it has been nothing short of a nightmare dealing with them. I would never bank with them if you have a choice go anywhere else.
Wow! We’ve been with US Bank for 24 years and had decent service. The last year has been a real struggle. It’s difficult to speak to a banker, you get the run around, they’ll say to go to the branch and even then no one has authority to correct a mistake even when caused by the bank. A banking app issue was followed by 3 days of phone calls to both corporate and a branch visit in Pocatello.
