Been banking with them for many years and they have been nothing but issues. The tellers and bankers there are mostly nice except for one lady. She is just flat rude. I have no idea how she got her job but after two encounters with her it has officially ended my relationship with this bank.
Forced to use U.S. Bank for a company card and it has been nothing short of a nightmare dealing with them. I would never bank with them if you have a choice go anywhere else.
Wow! We’ve been with US Bank for 24 years and had decent service. The last year has been a real struggle. It’s difficult to speak to a banker, you get the run around, they’ll say to go to the branch and even then no one has authority to correct a mistake even when caused by the bank. A banking app issue was followed by 3 days of phone calls to both corporate and a branch visit in Pocatello. Tried to deposit money into a family members account. Was told I have to come in three separate times on separate days and have their bank account number. Mt. America is far better. I know this Christmas i will be talking to family about switching to ICCU or Mt. America.
I have account for me and family in U.S. Bank. They are giving excellent banking services. Time to time offers on credit cards and bank account are quite beneficial.Fentastic security mechanism is offered in case of any fraud or scam. BOB Divine sir is very co-operative here, gives solution to all the banking related issues. Very fast acting and enthusiastic to resolve the issue.He should be promoted in his existing role for better services to the U. S. Bank clients.
