This is the worst bank on the planet. I can't believe how bad their customer service and their policies. I called days in advance to make sure they wouldn't allow a transaction to process and overdraw my account and then boom! Account is at -520$ when I wake up and I don't have cash to cover. Next up is overdraft fees at 36$ a piece x4 per day until i find money to put in there.
