I received great customer service with no issues
My son ripped a $100 bill and I “banked” through chase which is an hour from where I live. I called here to ask if they would exchange my money and she was overly eager to assist me and didn’t say much else besides “Come on in we’ll get you situated” I came right away and she already had the $100 bill ready for me literally waiting for me! Needless to say her spirit and her energy and her demeanor was THE BEST I’ve ever experienced lol I LOVE her! And SOULY because of her I will now be a US bank member!!!!! I moved up here in clarksville 2022 to a house. I have an escrow and my payment for tge house was supposed to be 1432. a month. It was that for about a year and then somehow now I'm paying over 1700 a month. My husband is disabled and they knew this so our housenote is not supposed to change. I can't get them to sit down and talk. They make excuses every time I try to talk with them. They always tell me the guy I need to talk to is always somewhere else and never available.
