Big branch with very kind staff. Didn’t have to wait at all. Joy got me in and out when I went to make an account with them. 100% recommend.
I am so thankful for the bank tellers at this location. They have always been very helpful even when it is another branch' fault.
Usbank doesn’t care about their customers and it shows. Yes they have chairs. Yes they have free coffee and Biscoff cookies. But they will still make you wait a long time before making it clear to you that they don’t see you as a human, just a dollar sign. The tellers here are rude and barely let you finish your sentence before telling you that you should’ve solved your problem online before coming in.
