Lana and Martin helped me with an issue with my account that took days and they were wonderful. Lana was especially patient in working through these issues. Customer service on a level rarely seen in today’s retail business environment!
Mr Ibriham did and exceptional job... he went above and beyond to help my with my problem and is still willing to help me now... any time I reach out he is on top of it..i appreciate his time and attention.. unlike the lady at the gallatin rd branch with the dark hair(no name tag or name plate at the teller desk she was sitting at)... she was rude and didn't want to do her job.. absolutely no help whatsoever..
