-Star Review I just left the US Bank on Harding Pike, and this has consistently been one of the worst banking experiences I’ve ever had. Today I sat in the drive-through for nearly 20 minutes with zero communication. No “we’ll be with you shortly,” no explanation, nothing. This isn’t a one-time issue either. This branch of US Bank is the only one I go to in Nashville. It’s a convenient location and the counter staff is always efficient and friendly. In particular, Assistant VP/Branch Manager Martin Valles consistently goes above and beyond to assist on both my professional and business accounts. He has even reached out to National to expedite the handling of a high level issue. His professionalism is unparalleled. Highly recommend!
