Everyone who works here is very friendly and goes out of their way to help you. If you don't speak English, I love this bank.
I have had nothing but good luck with US Bank in my many years of being their customer. Very professional, efficient, modern, and customer service oriented.
Nobody answers the phone!
A very positive experience
You need to have more than 1 person working in your building, and a little friendlier, you staff is slow I usually wait a good 10 minutes in line, and then receive attitude from your staff, it dosen't matter of it's the lobby or the driveway thru this is really unacceptable. Your not the only bank in town and it makes me wanna transfer my money elsewhere.
