The blonde lady with glasses made it a point to make sure I did not become a US Bank customer. I explained I wanted to open an account and then after such, I would need to exchange some money to make some change. She literally told me I cannot open an account because I would want change. That’s a very odd thing for somebody to say that works at a bank. I explained that there is a U.S. Bank in the city I live, and I would indeed be a regular U.S. Bank customer.
