What a joke of a bank, they don’t open until 9 am and 10 am on Wednesday’s is a joke. Their atm ate my card too. Pos bank.
I was treat rudely on the phone as if I was just number. Attempted to to change personal information. Was told they couldn’t help me over the phone and would have to come in during normal bank hour. But was unable to to meet requirements because I work abnormal hours. I told the teller that and they were unable to meet my needs. Will be Canceling Immediately once I can Accommodate there Schedule
