Don’t waste your time going here.
The worst branch in Nashville. You could sit at the drive thru for 15 mins and they won’t even notice you or acknowledge you. Just like right now. And no this isn’t the first time, I stop here every week and it’s the same thing. Most of the time end up driving away and hoping I’ll make it to the next branch on time. Every other US Bank branch I’ve been to has always been excellent even if I had to wait. If I could give negative stars, I’d happily do it. And this is my first time leaving a bad review ANYWHERE. Worst bank. Worst customer service. Improperly educated staff. Rude. They can't figure out how to order a replacement card, open a savings account, or fill out paperwork. I'm not kidding, save yourself the trouble.
