This branch is absolutely horrible. 10 employees working here and 1 teller. Nobody looks like they're doing anything and 8 people in line. What a tone deaf location.
Carlos and Drew were both amazing to work with as we recently navigated open an account for our au pair. Carlos was able to provide explanations in English and Spanish and clearly advise what account would best fit our needs. When mail issues meant we never received a pin Drew stepped in and helped us finish the process onsite- he made it quick and easy once we had the card in hand and offered bilingual support as well. These two stand out for phenomenal customer service and clear desire to help.
Solid 25 minutes to deposit cash, wildly slow compared to the multiple other branches ive been to. No long line, just zero effort to be quick.
Very poor training on the products and services they provide. They called to ask private information about investment accounts which I wasn’t willing to provide. Extremely bad practices.
Carissa Wright provides excellent service at the Wayzata US Bank. She has been my primary personal and business banker. Carissa is fantastic, far exceeded my expectations for a branch rep. Not only great interpersonally, though she is a joy to work with. She's also made me quite a bit of money. Her unsolicited advice has netted me THOUSANDS of dollars. Solely due to Carissa, I'm earning 5% on money that was previously sitting and making nothing on. Also massive improvement in credit card rewards.
