Did you know that you can't talk to a human on the phone at a US Bank branch anymore? Love the tellers at this location, had an urgent question today with a banker from another institution on the phone with me, called the branch number and it routes to an 800 number or the main website. Had to DRIVE to the branch. Unbelievable.
Unhelpful as always. Take your money elsewhere.
