The employees are consistently competent, fast and plesant. While their location and hours are mediocre, the employees who work there are spectacular & some of the best customrer service providers I've ever encountered. Some banking transactions are not trivial and they always nail it - quickly. I'm so pleased, in fact, that rather than finding a local bank, I drive 35 miles to their nearest branch - and I'm, generally, a lazy POS... :) LOL.
This is my second time experiencing rude and unprofessional service at the USBank branch with Dorothy and Rebecca. My first encounter with this branch left me feeling dismissed and unassisted, making me doubt myself. Despite living nearby, I chose to avoid this branch until recently, when I had no other choice but to cash a check. Unfortunately, my interaction with Rebecca was equally unwelcoming and unprofessional.
