Usually when i go in for assistance the employees are very kind but i went in this time and the women with braids and glasses was SO rude, seemed very irritated just from having to help me, had a lot of attitude in her tone and didn’t smile once. I’m always very kind to customer service because i also work in that field but i felt that was very unnecessary.
Went in to purchase a roll of quarters. They were very busy but cheerfully sold us the quarters. We appreciate this bank!
This location is absolutely horrible. Never a familiar face! Never a quick in and out! Need your id, need your card and send a text to get your money out. This is why I removed 95% of our money from U.S. bank! The customer service is horrible! Literally the only one in the drive through for ever to get some money! This is exactly why I don’t have us bank handle my wealth management!
WY did they take away the one of the windows for a ATM for years banking here with all branches before US Bank one window operating may have to make a change 40 yrs
