Phone service ppl disappoint me with their answers. I went into branch and the cashier look at each other and they don’t know the systems on how to help me. This is why I don’t trust this bank. I was ignored while they said to sit down while they “service” other customers. Really disrespectful and disappointing

I went in last week to cancel a check for $20,000 to the IRS because my book keeper suggested. He said pay online since the check hasn’t been cashed in over 2 months since we mailed off. The lady that sits in the middle of the lobby area at the desk said it was cancelled etc. Well 3 days later the check was cashed and not cancelled. I’m just glad I didn’t make a payment online like I was going to do that Friday but decided to wait until the next week otherwise I’d be SOL. at least the local branch answers, customer service numbers do not, so not 1, but 2 stars for that. They were not able to resolve it and we waited on hold togehter dealing with their companies hold music, which is pretty annoying but, we did get to a point wheree I was promised some resuts... Probably won't have any, and contacted this branch 7 days after wiating on hold for 40 min 2 different times. These are Results after opening an account in person about 1.5 yers later. Be careful, they try, but their employer sucks.
