About once a month for the last two years, I go to this bank branch to take out a couple hundred dollars in cash. Every time, I go to the ATM, at which this would be a 30 second transaction, and every time the ATM lets me go through the motions until it's about to spit out the cash and then gives me an error, so I have to go inside and wait in line. I went in last week to cancel a check for $20,000 to the IRS because my book keeper suggested. He said pay online since the check hasn’t been cashed in over 2 months since we mailed off. The lady that sits in the middle of the lobby area at the desk said it was cancelled etc. Well 3 days later the check was cashed and not cancelled. I've been coming to this bank regularly for work, and decided to switch my personal accounts here because of Elby, Kim, and Miguel. It is so nice to come in and have people smile and call you by name. I had been with my old bank for eleven years and watched the fees rise as the services decreased.
