I went in last week to cancel a check for $20,000 to the IRS because my book keeper suggested. He said pay online since the check hasn’t been cashed in over 2 months since we mailed off. The lady that sits in the middle of the lobby area at the desk said it was cancelled etc. Well 3 days later the check was cashed and not cancelled. I've been coming to this bank regularly for work, and decided to switch my personal accounts here because of Elby, Kim, and Miguel. It is so nice to come in and have people smile and call you by name. I had been with my old bank for eleven years and watched the fees rise as the services decreased. Ridiculous that the branch doesn't have an ATM.
Elby, Angelica, Kim, Cheyenne, EVERYONE at this bank has always been the sweetest and most helpful of any bank I've ever used. I work internationally, and frequently wire large funds overseas. They are knowledgeable, clear, and extremely professional while making sure that a stressful and complicated process is quick, concise, and painless. Plus, it never hurts to be greeted warmly and kindly when I walk in the door of a business! I feel like "Norm" on "Cheers" sometimes!
