Received fantastic customer service. Nejoud Alqaissi is a wonderful loan officer! Helped me with a loan closing with absolute grace and excellence! Supremely impressed with the class and care with which our loan closed!
The bank refuse to cash it us bank check. They have no right to do that and they had no explanation why. .. The worse bank I ever visited. They can take cash no questions ask. But they can't give you back your money. On the end they want to remove cash money ,will be only digital money. And it's good example why.....
I don't like leaving reviews..... I have to say my wife somehow always gets sick because she's always stuck with a shorter female teller who gets her sick. If it wasn't for one or two of the other employees who are amazing and professional every time I'm there, I wouldn't give this review 5 stars. They deserve the 5 stars but please keep your sick employee's home! I'm tired of taking my wife and toddler's to the doctor's.
Still waiting on drive thru over 30 minutes. This happens all the time . If you need to get the kids DONT STOP AT DRIVE UP BEFORE HAND. LAST TIME I WAITED 40 MIN. IF I WASNT GOING AWAY , I WOULD OF LEFT. NEED TO FIND A BANK THAT GIVES BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE DRUVE THEOUGH
Nejoud is AMAZING! I was welcomed with a warm good morning, she was extremely friendly and had great conversation, offered me candy, and truly made the experience personal and I loved the experience. Highly recommend this branch and make sure you see Nejoud!
