Best experience I ever had with a banker in such a long time. Nejoud Alqaissi is the perfect banker to deal with when trying to open a bank account , she was so patient kind and very helpful in explaining everything that goes on. Terrible service. When I walked in, no one acknowledged me. There was no one at the front desk, and even after waiting for a while, nobody came over to ask what I needed. They were all just chatting with each other—it felt very disrespectful.
I had a pleasant experience at this Frankfort branch. Thanks to the banker Heba who assisted me and made the process as smooth as possible. Very helpful and informative.
Received fantastic customer service. Nejoud Alqaissi is a wonderful loan officer! Helped me with a loan closing with absolute grace and excellence! Supremely impressed with the class and care with which our loan closed!
