ZERO STARS!!! Overall, this bank provides the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. They blocked my debit card twice in two months because they "thought my purchases looked suspicious". Just today, they blocked a transaction for which they had verified my identity. So, I called to clear that up. The rep then told me to "try the purchase again." So, I did. And AGAIN they blocked the transaction. But, not only that, but they also put a hold on the card so that it was unable to be used until I spoke with them a second... read more
