The Worst Banking Experience of My Life On 09/05/2025, I deposited my paycheck into this bank’s ATM. This was only my second paycheck from a new job. The first time I deposited a check here, the bank released a portion immediately and the rest the next day completely reasonable. But with my second paycheck? Not a single dollar was available. Good afternoon today is 8/25/25 , I'd like to share this incident that happened to my Daughter in the Lord this morning. She went to the bank branch on L and 30 to do a Money transfer from her husband's account . The Man at the window told her she wasn't on his account but she in turn told him that she's his P.O.A and he looked it up and addressed her by her name before he even saw her I.D so you could see that it's clearly listed on the account that she has power of attorney and is authorized by law to be able to handle his... read more
I recently closed out a credit union account after 45 years in Palmdale. There was a US bank on the corner where I live and went to open a new account. I never knew or saw that kind of friendliest in a bank before. I feel like I really belong there.
We went to this US Bank branch and were greeted and helped right away.Client Relationship Consultant, Tatiana Jacobs actually walked up to us and offered to serve us. She was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. She set up a wire transfer to a foreign country quickly and was so polite and friendly. This young woman deserves a raise!!
